Tomato, Garlic & Ginger Chutney, Cottage Delight

Classic combination: tomatos, garlic & ginger, they go with everything. Chutneys are fantastic, and we Finns still learn how to use them. The easiest way is to accompany meat, chicken or sausage dishes, but chutneys go well with cheeses as well.
