Zathar Lebanese blend, Terre Exotique

Typical in Syria and Lebanon, Za'athar is made of three spices: sesam, thyme and sumac. Use with pre-dinner drinks, by dipping a piece of pita bread to olive oil and then to za'athar. Or use with white meat, poultry and fish. Excellent!
