As we sell matcha, we need to sell the appropriate whisks! The matcha whisk is traditionally handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo.
Use 2 teaspoons (1.5g) of matcha into a bowl, add 100 ml hot water (80°C). Whisk firmly with your wrist making a form of a letter M - no circular movements. The delicious matcha drink with jade green foam should be ready in about 20 seconds.
Add water if you prefer milder taste.
