La Chinata artichoke spread is elaborated with selected artichokes to guarantee its quality and freshness, it is enriched with La Chinata EVOO. With regard to its flavour, it’s very particular, slightly bitter but leaving a sweet taste in the mouth. It’s ideal to eat alone or with bread or “regañás”, as well as to cook the most varied dishes: sauces, meat or fish stews, meat pies, rice, pizza, pasties or even to give a touch of flavour to garnishes.
