Dehydrated Shallot, Terre Exotique

Dried shallot is essential in the kitchen! Use as such for soups, salads or omelets, or cooked. When cooked, they might become a bit bitter, so make sure to add them at the end of cooking. 

Best before 19th April 2025. However, dried shallot will keep well months after the date.
