Tagliolini Pasta with Barolo Wine, Cordero

This is an exquisite treat. The expensive price is due to the Barolo wine used in preparation. There is also some beetroot used, and that gives out some of the red color when cooking. As sauce we recommend something without tomatoes, as they will override the deliccate taste of this pasta. Try creamy mushroom sauce, or similar.
